SNP provides toll manufacturing services to clients who have their own ingredients and processes, but do not have a facility capable of meeting their chemical processing demands, or are over capacity and need assistance.
SNP's production facility is able to produce a variety of liquid and dry polymers, alginates, and various chemical products.
Our equipment was designed and specially fabricated to meet the diverse needs that specialized processes require. Our range of stainless steel reactors and mix tanks can accommodate many different liquid chemical formulations. We can scale projects from bench sized to large commercial quantities.
Our dry blending equipment consists of a number of stainless steel blenders and dryers. We can also provide warehousing for bulk storage to ensure an efficient process from beginning to end. Our chemical engineers and process engineers are available to support our tolling customers with product optimization and quality control.
We calculate our toll pricing based on batch size, equipment use, storage use, and amount of technical assistance required.
