During the initial conversation we will gain understanding of your technical, product and process needs. You have the most experience with your products, technologies, and markets. Not only do we listen, but we also actively engage by asking questions and brainstorming ideas. SNP’s technical team has a “can do” attitude that centers on treating every new idea with respect. It’s asking, “How can we make this work,” rather than just saying, “We’ve tried that. It’ll never work.”
02 / Initial product sampling and customer evaluations
SNP’s technical team will typically make a recommendation of the chemistry and specific product(s) that will give you the best chance for success. Together we will determine the most efficient next step—sending samples for you to test at your facility or evaluating the recommended products at SNP in formulations/processes that you specify. SNP sends samples to customers at no cost; however, we do ask that you pay for shipping by providing a UPS or FedEx number. SNP’s technical team is available to evaluate our products in your system in our lab. Sometimes the suggested products work beautifully and sometimes more work is required.

Sometimes the products initially suggested work beautifully and sometimes more work is required. We’ll work together to understand where and how a product’s performance needs to be modified. This is where SNP distinguishes itself. SNP’s technical team will work closely with you in designing the modifications of our products to create a unique product that successfully meets your needs.
