SNP, Inc. – About Us
SNP, Inc. is a privately owned company, which has been doing business domestically and internationally since 1961. Our name, SNP, stands for Synthetic & Natural Polymers, and that name essentially describes our business and product model. We are a customer-focused chemical manufacturing company that sells rheology modifiers and customized coating formulations to the paper, packaging and textile industries. We are customer-service oriented, devoted to providing the highest quality products available, extensive technical expertise, superior customer support, and stable pricing.
As a specialty chemical company, SNP can design and manufacture products to satisfy any customer’s application criteria. As our customer, your needs come first. We will take time to discuss your needs before making product recommendations. Our polymer chemists and technical staff will work directly with you to define your project objectives and outline an experimental approach.
Our work results in a recommendation to you for product use, as well as best practices for product handling. We know each of our customers is different, with different needs. As our customer, we respect you, and will work in close partnership with you to provide the best solution. This is the level of customer care that separates SNP from other companies and distinguishes SNP in the marketplace.
Since SNP is privately owned, we can offer our customers many unique advantages, especially flexibility. Whether you need 5 gallons or 20,000 gallons of solution, SNP can provide it. Flexibility is the key to customer satisfaction at SNP. When you call SNP, a team member will personally answer the phone and will promptly direct you to the specific department that can satisfy your needs.
No customer is too small for SNP. Here, it is all about you. We take pride in the personal care and attention we provide our customers.
